The inaugural Inspire Awards ceremony in Kearney was held on September 24, 2025, at Younes Conference Center–North. The event celebrated exceptional women across eight categories, honoring their remarkable professional accomplishments and their commitment to enhancing the Kearney community.
Nominations were submitted by the Kearney community, and the Inspire Advisory Board selected three finalists per category, with one named the category winner. In addition, the Woman of the Year—chosen by the board—was also awarded.
The 2026 Inspire Awards will take place on September 16, 2026.
